Email Subscriber Lists

When a Customer or Subscriber enters information in the subscribe form and clicks the Subscribe! button, they are consenting to receive emails from Anita Richards Designs. We are required by law to abide by the Australian antiSPAM legislation, referenced above.

Upon clicking Subscribe! the Subscriber gives Anita Richards trading as Anita Richards Designs explicit consent to send marketing and promotional emails to the submitted email address.

Subscribers are able to unsubscribe at any time.

On the technical side of things, Subscribers may manage their subscriptions or unsubscribe at any time using the links at the bottom of email newsletters and communications. If at any time there is a system glitch and a Subscriber can not unsubscribe via the links, please send a reply email and we will be more than happy to assist by manually removing the subscription information from the subscribers’ lists.

The Subscriber lists here at Anita Richards Designs are all double opt-in subscribers lists that requires Subscribers to confirm their subscription by clicking on the link in the email sent as soon as the Subscribe! button has been clicked.

We use MailPoet to manage our subscribers list in-house, using their industry level mail servers when we send out newsletters to our subscribers. This means that by subscribing to our list/s the subscribers acknowledges that emails addressed to and sent to them will be handled by the MailPoet email server system where they use state of the art SPF and DKIM Authentication, an authentication protocol to ensure that email is genuine and hasn’t been forged.
