Anita M Richards trading as Anita Richards (together with any affiliates and subsidiaries, “we”, “us”, “our”, “the Designer”, “the website”, “the site”, “AnitaRichards.com.au” and terms of similar meaning) provides this website (this site and any software provided by us for use with the site, the “Site”) to you subject to these Terms of Service (these “Terms”).
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site. By accessing, using or browsing the Site you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all terms, policies and guidelines incorporated by reference in these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms in their entirety, you may not use the Site.
We reserve the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in these Terms, or any policy or guideline of the Site, at any time and in our sole discretion.
Our products and the services provided through this Site are for your own personal use only. You may not resell, lease or provide them in any other way to anyone else. You may however share a link to public areas of this Site for the genuine, in good faith, purpose of sharing information about our products and services as pertaining to scrapbooking (digital, hybrid paper) and scrapbooking supplies and equipment.
At present we do not charge any fees or other charges for the use of the Site. In these Terms the content on the Site, including all information, data, logos, marks, designs, graphics, pictures, sound files, other files, and their selection and arrangement, is called “Content”.

All Content on the Site or used to create and operate the Site is the property of the Designer or the Designer’s licensors, including but not limited to images, text, audio, video, and other forms of content is Copyright 2005-2024 Anita M Richards, Australia, previously known as Anita M Stergiou, and may not be downloaded, reproduced, republished or otherwise copied, and is protected by Australian copyright and intellectual property Legislation together with international copyright conventions and human rights obligations, and all rights to the Site, such Content and such software are expressly reserved.
The Site may contain links to third-party Web sites (“Third-Party Sites”) and third-party content (“Third-Party Content”) as a service to those interested in this information. You use links to Third-Party Sites, and any Third-Party Content or service provided there at your own risk.
Site User Registrations
There are various types of User Registrations possible on our Site.
Customers: Store Customer Account Registrations and Management Policy
BEFORE registering a store account here on AnitaRichards.com.au, please read and agree to our full Design Shop Policy document here.
Registrations for a store account that, after the expiration of seven (7) calendar days, remain unconfirmed by the user (ie. the emailed confirmation link was not clicked to confirm ownership of the email address associated with the account registered here at AnitaRichards.com.au), will be deleted from our records. The associated website user account will also and simultaneously be deleted from our records.
Store account registrations that are attached to purchases including downloadable products, are automatically subscribed to our TOU Update Notifications (Terms of Use) email list for the purposes of the administration and management of our digital products End User License Agreements.
Administration and management purposes notwithstanding, any Customer may request that their account be deleted in accordance with our Cookies and Privacy Policy.
Subscribers: Newsletter Subscriptions and Management Policy
BEFORE registering a newsletter subscription here on AnitaRichards.com.au, please read and agree to our full Subscriptions Terms and Conditions found here.
Registrations for newsletter subscriptions that remain unconfirmed by the user (ie. the emailed confirmation link was not clicked to confirm ownership of the email address associated with the email subscription registered here at AnitaRichards.com.au), will be deleted from our records after the expiration of seven (7) calendar days.
Registrations for our newsletters that are system flagged as inactive (no engagement for six (6) months), will be emailed to confirm continuation of our sending. If confirmation is not registered by the user clicking the link contained in the email, the subscription will be deleted from our records after the expiration of seven (7) calendar days from the date of the reengagement email being sent.
Registrations for our newsletters that are system flagged as bounced (email account no longer accepting email or no longer exists), or registering continuous machine opens for more than twelve (12) months, will be deleted from our records after the expiration of seven (7) calendar days from the date of detection.
Registrations for our newsletters that are recorded as unsubscribed by the user, after the expiration of twelve (12) months, will be deleted from our records.
Administration and management purposes notwithstanding, any Subscriber may request that their account be deleted in accordance with our Cookies and Privacy Policy.
Authorised Users: Site Administrator User Registrations and Management Policy
Registrations for Authorised User roles (ie any registrations other than Customer or Subscriber) on this website are by invitation only, and are for the purposes of website administration and management.
Bot and SPAM registrations are NOT permitted. Such registrations will, immediately upon detection, be deleted from our records.
Registrations that are submitted for a website user account other than a store Customer account or email list Subscriber subscription, will be deleted from our records immediately upon detection.
Management of Registrations
Registered Customers, Subscribers, and authorised Users, are responsible for managing and maintaining their own account details and subscription addresses in a manner consistent with human rights principles, international treaties and conventions, Australian Legislation and this policy document.
Comments Policy
Anita Richards Designs is a serious supplier of digital scrapbooking and home décor products. We are also a resource site that provides quality tips, tutorials, and the tools that you need to enhance your digital scrapbooking experience. One of the ways to improve this collective resource is having interaction within the Site through the use of comments. In order to assure quality, we have a policy to fight against SPAM.
While we appreciate each comment, if your comment does not follow our comment policy, it will be removed. Continuous abuse of the policy will result in permanent ban of the IP address, and the email used.
WARNING: Anita Richards Designs takes abuse and identity theft very seriously. Anyone found using fake names, fake email or postal addresses, fake IP addresses or any other fake information will be subject to being banned from the AnitaRichards.com.au website and may also have their details reported to Australian police agencies depending upon the nature or content of any comments.
If you are in any way concerned about privacy of personal information on comments due to personal safety concerns (eg domestic violence) please reach out to us BEFORE you start commenting with fake details.

First names are important so that I may engage with you. Please use your real first name.
We do not allow Keywords stuffed in the name field. You must use your real name for commenting. Comments using keywords such as “Web Design Company” or similar will be flagged as SPAM and deleted.
Effective from Wednesday 8 September 2020, comments written by a business name, blog name, or nicknames will not be published and previous entries will be deleted. - Valid Email:
Email addresses are required for commenting, and they are not published on the blog, nor shared. Email addresses that look like SPAM will be flagged as SPAM and the comment deleted. - Links to Other Websites:
Any links to other websites included in a comment’s text will be removed unless they directly contribute to that single comment or to the general conversation taking place within other comments of the same post. In other words, helpful reference links that contribute to the conversation and are relevant to the topic will be allowed.
Comments containing links are automatically held in moderation.
Links that are blatantly self-promotional will not be published including comments with links that are an obvious attempt to gain backlinks or site traffic will not be published.

Email addresses are required for commenting and are neither published on the website nor shared according to this website’s Cookies and Privacy Policy.
However, your email address may be used by the website administration to privately contact you as the commenter in accordance with Australian Anti-SPAM Legislation.
Comments that contain any personal or private information will be edited or deleted to protect an individual’s privacy including, but not limited to, email addresses, physical mail addresses, or phone numbers. - Language and Manners:
This Site is written in English; please leave your comments in English.
