The sketchPLATES Collection is a series of unique layout templates with a small number of embellishments to enable a partially completed page to be customised. This project was commenced to present Digital Scrapbooking to you as a safe activity to engage in whilst waiting out the time we all have to #StaySafe and #StayAtHome.

sketchPLATES are essentially a designer scraplift for you to customise, intended to be somewhat flexible, more so than a scrapSNAP in any case, yet not so flexible that the end result is completely different from the starting point, which is what often happens when run-of-the-mill layered digital templates are used.

NB: Whilst designing this layout and subsequent template, I was just NOT happy with the so called “In Gamut” colours. Therefore I have retained the full sRGB colour profiles and recommend that you thoroughly check your printer capabilities before printing to ensure that you understand that the appearance of this set’s screen display and the print version MAY differ … as is the case with pretty much every digital image when printed, but this one is definitely designed with screen display as the main focus, not print… but with recent advancements in print at home capabilities, ya never know. Right!?

Design Elements

Specifically, files included in this download:

• one (1) fully layered .PSD native Photoshop file format digital scrapbooking template;
• one (1) fully layered .TIFF file format version of the template; and
• 11 individually saved out flat layers in .PNG file format on 3600 x 3600 pixel transparent backgrounds.
  • Total = 13 images all in high resolution 300ppi file formats as listed.

Easy download, unzip and organise directly into your file management software for direct use in your chosen imaging software application (eg., Adobe Photoshop Elements, Adobe Photoshop Creative Cloud, Corel PaintShop Pro, and others).

General Information

All embellishment files are saved in lossless, transparent background, .PNG format at 300ppi. All other files (unless otherwise specified) are saved in flattened .JPG format at 300ppi.

These graphics for Digital Scrapbooking are also perfect for use in a variety of other crafting activities including card making, birthday or holiday or other celebration decorations, invitations and stationery for weddings and other celebrations, photo books, scrapbook albums, calendars, notebooks, art journals, bullet and PDF planners, bible journaling and faithbooking, as well as a multitude of personal use items.

A suitable image editing software program or other application, for either PC / Mac / smart device, is required to use these images.
