Trouble Shooting Quick Guide
To help you along in case there is an interruption in the flow of your subscription, here is the process step by step walk-through:
Step 1. Subscribe
Our main subscription portal is here: Subscribe today or you might miss out!
Please complete all required details, choose the newsletters that you wish to receive, and click Subscribe!
An email will be sent to you with a Confirmation Link.
We confirm all email addresses to ensure that only humans are receiving our emails.
Additionally the following message is displayed on screen:
Thank you for subscribing! We have just sent an email for you to confirm your subscription. Please check your Inbox for it as well as your junk or spam folder if the email does not show up in your Inbox within the next 10 minutes. Once your subscription has been confirmed and approved, you’ll hear from us by email with the coupon code for your personal copy of the Subscriber’s only FREE Gift.

Step 2. Confirmation
The next step in the process is to confirm that it is indeed you subscribing: please click on the verify email address link in the email message that was sent to you when you clicked on “Subscribe!”
Didn’t receive the email? Please check your Junk/Spam folder just in case the message was accidentally shunted there.

Step 3. Thank You FREE Gift Email
Once you have verified, another email message will be sent to you that contains the coupon code for you to download your thank you copy of the Subsriber’s only FREE Gift via our Design Shop.
Again, if the email is not showing up in your Inbox within 10 minutes, please check your Junk/Spam folder just in case the message was accidentally shunted there.

Step 4. Shop Registration
Once you have your FREE Gift Coupon Code please add the kit to the Shopping Cart in our Design Shop, enter your account details when prompted as well as the coupon code, and follow through with the Checkout. You will be prompted to confirm your email address again as part of the shop registration process.
Please check your Inbox for it as well as your junk or spam folder if the email does not show up in your Inbox within the 10 minutes.
We confirm all email addresses used for registrations to our Design Shop so that we only have human registrations in our database.
- No Design Shop registration email at all?

Step 5. Download and Enjoy
Once your Design Shop email address is verified and the Checkout is completed, your unique download link will be released to you and you will be able to download your FREE Gift via your Design Shop Account Dashboard.
We provide the Downloads for our Subscriber’s only FREE Gifts through our Design Shop so that only humans are receiving our FREE Gifts.
