How-To: Product .ZIP File Downloads
Upon successfully checking out, your order details are automatically processed and download links become available via your store account Downloads dashboard.
- Unique Download links are automatically generated by our shopping cart software.
- Downloads links are active for seven (7) days from the initial date of purchase.
- Three (3) download attempts are initially enabled on all product download links.
- The total number of successfully initiated downloads are automatically logged by our shopping cart software.
If you are experiencing difficulty with Downloads please try the following:
- If you are a new customer, please double check that your account email address has been confirmed.
- Ensure that you are logged into your account and download the product directly from your store account Downloads dashboard.
- Clear your browser history, cookies, and cache, and re-login to your account.
- Also, ensure that your browser is not accidentally blocking our shopping cart’s necessary functional cookies.
- Try closing your browser and opening it up again to clear anything that may be stuck from a glitched app launch or loading.
- Check that your internet connection is secure and stable; cables can sometimes come loose, and WiFi and internet connections sometimes drop out. Try unplugging and reconnecting cables. Try disconnecting and reconnecting WiFi / mobile data connections on your device. Try turning off and restarting internet routers.
- Try adding our URL to your browser‘s list of website cookie exceptions / whitelist.
- Try turning off the Content Blockers in your browser.
- Try turning Java Script ON if you usually have it disabled in your browser.
- Try turning off your VPN, if you use usually one, while you complete your downloads.
- Try using an alternative web browser and login to your account, eg. if you usually use Mozilla Firefox, try Microsoft Edge or Apple Safari.
- Try using a desktop computer or laptop / notebook instead of a mobile phone or tablet device.
- If you are in an area with poor internet connectivity or weak signals, try installing a download manager on your system to handle the download and processing of the file.
- If you usually use a download accelerator try turning it off while downloading the file.
We want you to be happy with your purchase experience and in order to assist you, we are able reset the download link limit to ensure that you successfully download your purchase.
